About this villa rental
Our splendid stone villa immersed in the nature of the Mediterranean scrub offers two wonderful panoramas: on one side you can admire the sea of the beautiful coast of Santa Margherita and on the other the mountains where the sun sets in the evening giving unique colors.
Thanks to its strategic position, in addition to the beautiful panorama, you can enjoy the different attractions of the area, from the crystal clear beaches of the coast, including the famous Su Giudeu and Tuerredda in Chia, to the archaeological excavations of Nora, to night walks and to the countless restaurants in the animated Pula.The villa is composed of:
- living room with large dining table
- equipped kitchen
- 1 separate kitchenette
- 3 double bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- 2 large outdoor patios
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The area most lived in the summer is the external one:
The two patios, one with a sea view and the other with a mountain view, are both furnished with outdoor furniture and comfortable sofas on which to relax and enjoy the view, for us they are the jewel of the villa.
The outdoor area is also equipped with a shower in from the sea it is wonderful to take a shower looking at the mountains!
It is essential to have a car both to be able to visit the different beaches and to go shopping or shopping.
The villa has a large parking area.
Upon delivery of the keys we will be happy to give you some advice on the beauties of the area and the beaches to visit and to make you find a small refreshment to start the holiday well.
