A splendid villa with infinity pool, sea view on the fabulous scenery of the Chia tower and the pink flamingo lagoon ....
The villa is located in a strategic, dominant position, at the crossroads between the sports and commercial services area of the square and the golf of Chia.
Framed by the stone facade and bougainvillea branches, the veranda and the large windows of the house, screened by Sardinian curtains, open onto the bay of the tower with a spectacular view.
White walls, stone or ceramic finishes, furnishings in shades of gray, sand and the blue and turquoise ranges .... the large and bright living area is furnished in an elegant contemporary style, with a large sofa, furniture with essential lines, carefully chosen objects, shells, vases and lamps and design decorations, which have a common theme: the colors of nature and the sea.
The rooms, all with sea view, with attention to detail for maximum comfort and to make guests feel at home, in the magical setting of Chia.
The two bathrooms finished with quality materials have a special masonry shower (crystal and stone ...) (a shower 80x70 cm., a shower 90X70cm)
The kitchen, furnished with furniture specially designed and made by local artisans, is a small and functional area communicating with the living room and overlooking a comfortable and airy patio where there is a practical laundry area and outdoor dining near the barbecue.
The garden around the house communicates with the patio on the back where there is an outdoor shower.
A large private garage / garage under the house is available to the guests of the house together with the cellar.
The house is semi-independent and is located above the ground floor, on the first level, which is accessed by a 120 cm wide main staircase. of 17 steps and a service staircase of 15 steps (width 90cm) located on the rear access.

Beautiful home in the heart of Chia. Near several amazing beaches. Great home with all the necessary amenities. 50 minutes from Cagliari airport. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed 1 week and had a great time. The private pool was heaven for us and our kid. We also had a private parking at the beach, so that we did not have to walk the 15mins, which was very nice and unexpected (did not read that in the ad). In the first night 1 AC did not work but it was fixed promptly the next day and the support was very friendly. We also managed to loose the keys and were almost in trouble, as we noticed it at 8pm after which the agency's service hours end. However, we found another great solution, which we do not state here, but I think it should be told other guests as an emergency option. If not, be aware that in contrast to other providers you will be on your own after 8pm.
All in all we would come back, especially off-season because Chia was really crowded in July (similar to Costa Smeralda).
