With a large garden made with native species in harmony with the landscape, green lawn area with sun loungers and outdoor shower with hot water. Maximum privacy and tranquility.
The villa has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed in the basement and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The premises are equipped with mosquito nets.

We had a great holiday. The house is very nicely located with a great view. We loved the swimming pool the water was perfect temperature. The beds are very comfortable and the house stays cool in warm temperatures. We loved the village near the house. The restaurant are very good especially the pizzeria Nico’s. We enjoyed the aperitivo at daddies bar. It was a very relaxing holiday and we are very grateful that we where allowed to bring our dogs.

Excellent villa ideally situated to explore the beautiful area and beaches of Chia. Villa is spacious and well designed to provide a holiday home from home experience. Villa is very private and quiet and the views from the terrace are wonderful. Many thanks to caretakers Daniella and Paolo who were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. We look forward to returning to villa and enjoying the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
