Detached vacation home with a view of the ocean and close to the beach, set in a large garden

What makes Villa Irlanda special is the magnificent, unobstructed ocean view from nearly every corner of the house and the spacious garden. This detached home is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean nature and is just a few minutes’ drive from the famous sandy beaches in Chia and Teulada. The patio just outside the front door offers space for a lovely, sheltered dining area with a view of the green garden and the sea. The living area, featuring a lounge and dining section, flows into the unique kitchen with a brick breakfast bar. An exterior door in the kitchen leads to the back of the house, where you’ll find a washing machine and practical household items. The separate sleeping area on the first floor is divided into two double bedrooms facing the sea, each with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, which features two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a second bathroom. The large terrace, with various seating areas, offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding villa complex and the turquoise sea. In the garden, there’s a very romantic large table set under an olive tree with a view of the sea! An outdoor shower and a barbecue are available for our guests, and there are several parking spaces in front of the house.
