Residenza del Barone Luxury House - Pula, Sardegna

Location was perfect as situated in quiet area, despite new build construction going on. Very accessible to main road great for getting about. Easy walk into Pula centre and very convenient supermarket a couple of mins walk away. Air conditioning in every room was a big bonus as well as outside area complete with shower.

Furniture is basic but useable, towels and bedding serviceable. Didn’t use the bbq as wasn’t clean and no bbq utensils available.

Casa nuova e ben accessoriata. Un gradevole spazio esterno vivibile. Appartamento non distante dal centro del paese. Staff gentile e disponibile e sempre presente per ogni esigenza.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. À notre arrivée, le logement était parfaitement propre et tout était à notre disposition. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de bienvenue, notamment la bouteille de Prosecco dans le réfrigérateur ainsi que le nécessaire pour préparer du café. Ce sont de petits détails qui font vraiment plaisir. La vue depuis le balcon était magnifique et très agréable. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont toujours été très faciles et chaleureux. Tout était parfait, nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The location, parking and close by supermarket are positive points

After spending the first night in another apartment that was much more luxurious and better equipped, we moved to a different room for the second night. Unfortunately, this room was more expensive but offered much less comfort, luxury, and attention to detail. Once again, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found cobwebs in several places, and the BBQ area was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Overall the experience did not match the expectations created by the accommodation’s presentation and price level.
