Luogo bello e confortevole.
Mancano le zanzariere. Dopo 2 notti che non si dormiva abbiamo comprato delle zanzariere volanti. I materassi sono una parte fondamentale del soggiorno, non riesco a capire come i proprietari non lo capiscano. Critiche solo costruttive. Struttura molto bella.

The property is a collection of 4 side by side units nestled in a small neighborhood very close to the main road. We stayed in the second unit from the parking spot. There was only one other unit occupied during our week long stay in September so it was very quiet. The unit was spotlessly clean. The air con works great (one wall unit in the living space and one wall unit in the front bedroom). There is a full size refrigerator against one wall, and a mini kitchenette fridge built into the cabinetry. There is a spacious front covered patio area and a covered back patio area. This was great for removing shoes and sandy towels/equipment from the beach. It's also a great place to dry the laundry (a drying rack is provided). Sabrina, the local onsite contact, was fantastic with communication, assistance, and friendliness. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met as best she could (providing a few kids toys, a fan, and flexibility with the check-out time). She was professional and so easy to work with, and the nicest person! The unit is in a great location for the Pula/Chia area of Sardinia. You are only 15 minutes from two large grocery stores which was great for us because we cook all our meals. The swimming pool and garden area are lovely, and our young kids (ages 4/6/8) greatly enjoyed the shallow small kids pool (an unwarmed hot tub) that sits atop the main pool. There are many chaise loungers around the pool as well. The wooden window and door shutters in the unit make sleeping very dark which is great for our light-sensitive kids.
Please read the description very carefully so you will be aware of additional charges: electricity usage during your stay, bed linens, towels (unless you bring your own), and a cash security deposit at check-in (refundable if there are no issues during your stay). For the nightly price we paid during the end of peak summer season, we felt charging these additional expenses was unnecessary and a bit nickel-and-diming. The rental bed linens (flat sheet, blanket, pillow case) were old with holes and stains and were tissue paper thin. They need to be replaced with a higher quality linen. (The towels however were mostly fine). The mattresses are also extremely firm and springy, they are not comfortable; even providing a mattress pad would help in comfort level. There was not enough furniture in the living space for our family of 5 to relax together; another arm chair, small coffee table, or second small couch (instead of arm chairs) would have been nice. The washing machine does not have a drying function so you will air dry your clothes. This is not a problem unless you have a family of 5 with minimal clothing packed, thus needing a faster turn around time for drying, plus it was quite humid and rainy during our stay so clothes take extra long to dry outdoors. The wifi did not work the entire time of our stay. Sabrina looked into it but was not able to resolve the issue. This was frustrating as we had to incur expensive data charges from our out of country provider that we had not planned on. The mosquitoes are very bad in the outdoor patio areas and swimming pool, so unfortunately we were unable to enjoy sitting outside. It would be great to have some plastic or kid friendly plates/cups available instead of all ceramic break-easy dinnerware. Please be aware that you also have to sort your garbage daily and stick to a specific garbage pick up schedule (imposed by Italian government, not necessarily the unit's fault).
