It can comfortably accommodate eight people and two small children.The spaceSituated in the south of Sardinia, just a few kilometres from Pula and Chia, the villa is located in a quiet residential condominium, immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and overlooking the crystal clear sea.The villa is surrounded by a large garden and you can use the outdoor hot shower.Other things to keep in mindYou'll enjoy a holiday of relaxation, nature, sea, sites to visit, walks, typical Sardinian dishes to taste.Excellent restaurants are close to the villa. Just a few minutes from the Chia Laguna Resort, which offers free evening shows open to all. Outside the house there is a gazebo where you can organise pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners and where you can cook in the barbecue. There is also the possibility of an outdoor hot shower. In the garden you will find beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. The beach can be reached on foot along the private driveway (approx. 250 m). It is possible to go down to the beach by car, because there is a parking space in front of the sea.
