The beautiful Villa Sara is located just a short walk from the sea, in a perfect spot for reaching the beach, which is only 300 meters away. It features a private on-site parking area with two parking spaces and a spacious garden for exclusive use, where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. The garden also includes a barbecue, two sun loungers, an outdoor table with chairs, an outdoor shower, and a laundry area.
Villa Sara is situated within a private complex of several villas. Once you pass through the outer gate, you’ll find a charming shared tree-lined driveway that leads to the various villas as it continues toward the beach.
The property has been furnished with attention to every detail in a functional way, making it very cozy and intimate to ensure a perfect stay. It is particularly well-suited for families, couples, or groups of friends.
There is also a fast, free Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen is located on the first floor and is equipped with all the necessary amenities; a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a complete set of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and all the various utensils needed for cooking or preparing meals with friends.
There is also a kettle, a toaster, and a LAVAZZA coffee machine, allowing guests to enjoy fantastic coffee!
The most charming part is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor terrace and the green lawn, where you can enjoy outdoor activities, savor meals or aperitifs at sunset, and relax.
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms, 1 of which has two single beds (90x200), one with bunk beds, and 3 with a double bed (180x200). Each bedroom is equipped with closets and dressers for storing luggage and personal belongings.
The three en-suite bathrooms are fully equipped with all necessary fixtures: shower, mirrors, toilet, and bidet, as well as a hair dryer and ample space to conveniently store your toiletries.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
