About this villa rental
The sea view from the villa is gripping, especially unforgettable from the upper terrace! On the left you see the 18-hole golf course "Tanka Golf Club", which is in the immediate vicinity. Next to it you can see the port of Villasimius in the distance and further to the right the turquoise, clear sea in the nature reserve "Area Marina Protetta Capo Carbonara". The villa has an independent apartment on the ground floor, which can be connected to the rest of the villa by a staircase and door. This consists of a covered terrace with sea views, a large living room with double sofa bed and new kitchenette and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor can be reached by an external or internal staircase, where there is another covered terrace with comfortable couches, a small living room (air conditioning), a bathroom (without shower) and a large kitchen with external access. A double room (air conditioning) with external access is located halfway between the 1st and 2nd Floor where there is another bathroom and two double rooms. The larger room has a balcony, both with air conditioning. The villa is newly built and furnished and equipped according to modern standards. It is located in a small, exclusive residential complex with caretaker and electric gate. We ask for the electricity fees on site.
