About this house rental

A short distance from a water park, sailing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 13-minute walk to Spiaggia di Santa Margherita di Pula, or easily tackle the quick 20-minute drive to Riva dei Pini Beach.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1292-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the cable/satellite TV and DVD player.

Bella, comoda e spaziosa. Vicina ad un market, ad una una pizzeria e con la discesa a mare sotto casa. Tutto perfetto. Un ringraziamento particolare a Marta per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Ci torneremo sicuramente

We had lovely time at this villa which is situated very close to the beach and not too far from the local shops. Fantastic outdoor shower but indoors showers are quite small. Garden and house need a bit of TLC. The only negative was the vast amount of mosquitoes which prevented us from fully enjoying the garden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa due settimane (due famiglie con due bambini ciascuna). La soluzione è ottimale in quanto vicina alla spiaggia ma nello stesso tempo adiacente ad un piccolo centro commerciale dove si può trovare di tutto, compreso carne e pesce fresco. Il giardino consente di vivere la gran parte del tempo all’aperto ed è dotato di una doccia ( molto comoda quando i bambini tornano dalla spiaggia insabbiati) e di un patio dove si può mangiare tranquillamente in 8/10 persone. Molto apprezzato il barbecue che consente di organizzare piacevoli grigliate all’aperto. Gli interni sono dotati di aria condizionata e pale di ventilazione. A mio avviso la sistemazione è perfetta per due coppie di adulti e quattro bambini in quanto altre persone dovrebbero dormire nel divano letto del soggiorno. Unico suggerimento la possibilità di rendere un po’ più fruibile lo spazio esterno (oggi abbastanza riempito con piante e fiori) e alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria. Nel complesso più che soddisfatti della scelta effettuata!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 24.08 al 04.09 in due famiglie con bambini. Ottima la posizione, comoda sia per la spiaggia a soli 200 metri a piedi, sia per le spiagge in zona Chia raggiungibili facilmente in pochi minuti di macchina. Molto comodo il centro commerciale che serve l'intero complesso residenziale, piccolo ma fornito comunque di tutti i servizi essenziali, market, giornali, macelleria, pescheria, bar con pizzeria annessa. La casa è in buono stato ed ha tutte le dotazioni funzionanti. L'ampio giardino consente piacevoli momenti di relax e pasti da consumare rigorosamente all'aperto. Consiglierei però di rendere ancor più fruibili gli spazi esterni.
