About this house rental
Casa C. Alberto is located on the panoramic street of Magomadas with beautiful sea views.
C. Alberto offers space for two to ten people on 400 square meters of living space.
On the mezzanine floor there is a large apartment with 90sqm plus a large terrace with sea views. It has a living / dining area with a spacious kitchen.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a five-burner gas stove, a Saeco fully automatic coffee machine, as well as a German coffee machine and an it. Bialetti, a toaster, oven and microwave.
All pots are also stainless steel or cast iron.
A bedroom with double bed, shower room, with washing machine and an additional guest toilet.
It is equipped with TV & radio (German channels) and free internet access via WLAN. Central heating and a closed fireplace ensure cozy warmth in the winter months.
Two further double rooms are located on the first floor, each with a private bathroom, satellite TV and a sea view terrace.
Linen = bed linen, towels, tea towels, beach towels and table linen
Laundry is freely available from the closet.
There are no counted laundry packages that are not enough anyway.
We also have 1 travel cot, 2 children's chairs from the STOKKE TripTrap brand, 1 stroller and a buggy.
The mansard is 45sqm. It consists of a small kitchen, a shower room, sleeping area which is separated from the living and dining room with a bookshelf.
In front of the entire width of the apartment there is a large terrace with a sea view. An awning is responsible for the shade and there is also a grill.

Summary of reviewsThe house was not very clean, and safety measures for kids were lacking. Had to clean and organize things ourselves. Recycling rules were strict but not always followed by the garbage collection.
