-functional space -decent price -walkable to beach (10-15 mins) -lots of parking/it's better if you have a car
-the WiFi went from bad, to completely not working, which made streaming on the tv also not work. I spent a ton on eSIMs for my phone. -there are lots of mosquitos- you can't open a door or window for even a few minutes. And there were blood spots on the walls where others had fought the problem before me. -the walls/doors are not soundproof at all. You hear everything in the hallways/neighbors. -it is in a very dark area with no sidewalks- not ideal for a single female/ walking home at night. -it's a long walk to town, so not an ideal location without a car.
