Roberta was very friendly and it was easy & promt comunication with her. She offer us transport from an aiport to apartments. Our flight was delay 1,5 hours and she came at aiport at 23:41 p.m. We found a bottle cold mineral water at the fridge she was so nice from her. After check out she stored our laguages so we could spent day at the beach without extra bags. The location of the place was fantastic:quite and very close to the beach. Many thanks to Roberta for making our vacation so perfect and hepling us to sort out a very unplesent situation with booking.
Nothing with Roberta or appartment but the way how booking cancelled our vacation for additional cleaning fee and organization called the first booking was very wearth, stressfull specially when you are booking holiday for 8 people.
