La posizione e la pulizia dell’appartamento.

Nic specjalnego, mało komfortowe.
1. Problem ze śmieciami. Brak kontenerów na śmieci na zewnątrz. Śmieci trzeba trzymać w mieszkaniu lub samemu wywozić do punktu zbiórki. Występowały problemy z odbiorem śmieci przez służby miejskie. 2. Małe, ciasne mieszkanie, zdecydowanie nie dla 7-8 osób. Może dla pary z 2-3 dzieci. 3-4 dorosłe osoby z trudem mieszczą się w kuchni. 3. Hałas. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane na parterze przy wejściu do budynku i bezpośrednio przy ulicy. Słyszalne hałasy od trzaskania drzwiami wejściowymi do budynku oraz z ulicy pochodzące od przejeżdżających samochodów i tych parkujących tuż przy oknach mieszkania. 4. Niewygodna sofa w salonie. 5. Ciągłe problemy z elektryczością. Ciągle wyłączały się bezpieczniki. 6. Brak ogródka czy też tarasu. 7. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, brak ekspresu do kawy. 8. Mieszkanie niezbyt starannie posprzątane.
