About this villa rental
A comfortable, detached house with a garden and parking space, located 200 meters from the sea. The back porch features an outdoor shower, a gazebo with a table (seating 16 people), and a wood-fired oven with a barbecue.The home is fully equipped with everything needed for living, including a fireplace, sofa, TV, and is fully furnished; the kitchenette features an oven, refrigerator, and freezer. The house is spread over three floors, with three bedrooms (two of which have heat pumps), one of which is located in the basement, two bathrooms with showers, and can accommodate a total of 8 people if needed. We accept reservations for a minimum of 6 nights/7 days; large pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the house. The house has on-site parking. WI-FI is available in the house.
Check-in must take place on the day of arrival between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate requests for check-in times outside of these hours; however, such requests must be communicated to the owner well in advance. We kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow time to tidy and prepare the home for arriving guests.
My goal is to make my guests feel right at home with all the comforts and amenities I can offer, and I’m available to assist with anything you need.

Note: We have two other oceanfront units with private beach access, also located in Perd’e Sali. Please send inquiries regardless of the calendar.

Nice location for a wonderfull stay at Sardegna. Nearby the most beautyfull beaches Chia of Tuaredda. The house is great, there is airconditioning and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cagliari is 25 minutes drive. Supermarket close by. We hadnice stay!!

Very nice place which offer good condition for 3 families! Sea close to location. Very good communication with Andrea owener of hause. Special thanks to Serrenella for very fast replay and help to all ours asking! We stong recommend to all who wants to have a nice holidqy in Sardinia. We wll came back!
