The structure is surrounded by a magnificent courtyard on four sides overlooking the magnificent green hills of Chia. The ground floor apartment, air-conditioned, consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower. Living area with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge - freezer, washing machine. Outside a large covered veranda with dining area, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6/7 guests. Relaxing and welcoming context. Privacy is guaranteed by the trees and vegetation surrounding the house. Inside the property, a magnificent and huge lawn is available for guests who want to tan or go for walks, and for the little ones who want to play.

We are in Chia, in a reserved location surrounded by nature. A short distance away (300/400mt) Market, Caffe-bars, restaurants, pizzerias, direct sale of agricultural products grown in the surrounding gardens. The house is located a short distance from the most beautiful and famous beaches of Chia, all equipped with a parking area and served by bathing establishments, kiosks bars for aperitifs and lunch breaks. Recommended beaches:
- Sa Colonia beach
- Su Portu beach
- Su Giudeu beach
- Cala Cipolla beach
- Tuerredda beach
The available activities in the area are: bathing, boating and water sports, coastal and mountain trekking, fishing, visits to archaeological sites, rubber dinghy trips and fishing trips, food and wine tours, visits to local wine cellars, golf, biking and much more.

- it is mandatory to make proper use of the systems, turning them off when you are not at home

la sistemazione è perfetta sotto tutti e profili: casa spaziosa, comoda, accogliente, fornita di ogni confort utile, fresca...il che non guasta, anche se, comunque, è provvista di aria condizionata che non abbiamo mai utilizzato, inoltre vi è una splendida veranda dove consumare comodamente i pasti. in aggiunta a tutto ciò devo anche fare i complimenti per come è stata recentemente ristrutturata, con gusto e in modo assolutamente funzionale. la posizione poi è strategica perchè in pochissimi minuti si raggiungono le spiagge più belle di Chia. insomma, devo dire che mi spettavo una bella casa e standoci, non solo non sono state tradite ma anzi, superate. l'ospitalià di Caterina, poi, ha arricchito il nostro bellissimo soggiorno di un valore aggiunto.
torneremo sicuramente e un ringraziamento speciale a Caterina anche dalla mia mamma.

Casa splendida meglio delle foto, ottima posizione la Baia di Chia è vicinissima, tanto spazio esterno adatto alle esigenze di tutti soprattutto i bambini.
Arredata benissimo, pulita e accessoriata d tutto.
La signora Caterina poi sempre gentile e disponibile.
Torneremo sicuramente.
Consigliatissima.
