About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this cool apartment. The apartment is well-maintained and features a large covered terrace with a dining area, a sofa, and a barbecue. It’s located on the first floor of a two-story house, just a 4-minute walk from the long, fine-sand beach.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 × 190). There are no wardrobes, but there is a combination of a clothes rod and a cabinet compartment, along with small dressers.
Living/dining room with satellite TV, kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, Wi-Fi (upon request), and street parking in front of the house.
We also offer boat trips with a driver to the beautiful beaches of Porto Zafferano, Capo Malfatano, Chia, and Porto Scudo.
The house has two floors. Both floors are completely independent of each other—outdoors, guests share the washing machine and the outdoor shower with hot water.
The apartment enjoys a unique location within the private villa complex—on the last, very quiet street—and is very close to the beach.
Only residents of the complex have access to this stretch of beach; public access points are far away, so there’s always plenty of space, even during peak season. You’ll find a range of extras here that exceed the standards of typical Sardinian apartments.
A dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and, of course, pots, pans, and cutlery provide everything you need for cooking. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The living room features a sofa and a dining table, so you can eat either indoors or outdoors. The huge terrace is the absolute highlight—it’s comfortable to relax in the shade even in the height of summer, and in the evenings, you can enjoy barbecuing and unwinding on the sofas. The garden is terraced and easily accessible from the lower apartment.
The bathroom has a shower, but the best part is showering outside in the outdoor shower with warm water surrounded by greenery. Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything you need: a hair dryer, bedding, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. The apartment is located on the lower floor and can be reached via a staircase. The upper floor is completely separate from the lower floor—each has its own entrance. Here you can arrive in peace and enjoy the terrace and the beautiful garden atmosphere.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. You’re renting the lower level of a private home. You have the entire lower level to yourself, except for the outdoor shower next to the garden entrance and the washing machine at the back of the house.
