Comfortable stay, good view of the sea, near enough to walk to Dawlish but quieter than staying in the town or caravan p

The dog escaped from the enclosed garden twice within 15 mins of arrival due to gaps in the hedge Not a problem for us but be aware the short walk to Dawlish is down a steep path so may not suit everyone

A pleasant stay,
The French doors offer a lovely view.
The garden should be more dog safe. Maybe a 2ft fence to stop dogs escaping. Too many stickers around the property ‘reminding’ of the rules. Leaf blowing should be done outside of guests booking.
