We spent a week at the property
Property is excellent. Plenty of space, clean and cosy. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of books and board games for quiet evenings. 5-10 minute walk to the train station and beach

Enjoyable stay in Brook Cottage.
The location was excellent; quiet; safe; 2 bathrooms; fully equipped kitchen and fast WiFi.
No TV signal - no aerial cable in back of TV. The stairs were painted, very steep and no carpet which were difficult to negotiate. The parking space is very tight, thankfully our car is quite small. A list of how to operate TV, heating & hot water and bin collection day would have been useful.

Lovely Quirky Cottage
Excellent ground floor accommodation: well equipped kitchen, top quality en suite to ground floor bedroom.
Outside area is accessed via a challenging flight of stairs and a low doorway which could be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

A super value family christmas break 👌
The character and the downstairs layout fab, pet friendly with private courtyard and walks not far away. Stairs high decline but character of the cottage lovely bedrooms spacious, clean with full upstairs bathroom and outside chill area quirky. We booked for a family of 6, Christmas break and loved it ! Kitchen facilities great central heating amazing washing machine dryer facility awesome. Would benefit from a larger tv but personal preference loved the touches of adding Christmas decorations lights for us really appreciated. Parking for one car outside the property and car parks walking distance no problems. Nigel so helpful and thank you for your help with arrangements. Defo stay again 👌
