Convenient, comfy and good value, sleeps 7 not 8 I would say

Easy to check in, beds comfy

8th bed was advertised as sofa bed but was actually just a sofa. It was overall comfy but is too short for most people. I’m 5ft 7 and I had my feet hanging over the edge. It also wasn’t set up on arrival unfortunately, and we had booked for 8 people

Not clean

Nice big rooms

Not as clean as other air b and b which l have stayed in and couldn't get hot water in kitchen so had to boil kettle, carpet by front door not hoovered, oven not clean, could be lovely if they cleaned it!!! Never stayed anywhere like this as it definitely was not cleaned and would have been lovely if they had cleaned it

A very cold, and noisy, stay in a dodgey part of town.

It was clean

1. Its above a shop, which is very loud early in the morning. 2. It is freezing, 2 heaters did not work. 3. Literally nothing in the fridge, or cupboards, to make a coffee/tea. No condiments

I wouldn't book it again.

The property was comfortable enough

If I had known it was above a shop I probably wouldn't have booked it. There was loud music coming from somewhere near by til late in the evening, it was so loud my mum had to take her hearing aids out and my sister and I could here it word for word. I really needs a deep clean. The walk in shower was not very good. Had to boil the kettle to do dishes as the water wouldn't warm up.

Very suitable accommodation for our overnight journey 'pause'

The Apartment was on the first and second floor with three large bedrooms, very suitable for the four of us. The lounge was spacious with a very large flat screen TV. Two bathrooms were an advantage and very clean. We appreciated the 'oriental flavour' of the furnishings.

"See views" was somewhat misleading. The sea could only be seen from two of the bedrooms on the second floor and then from some considerable distance, rather than the 'promenade' or 'cliff top' which we envisaged. This was probably our projection rather than any delusion intended by the host.

Classy accommodation in a prime location with room for all.

The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The home was beautifully decorated and stylish and large enough for our needs. Beds were very comfortable and access to the property was easy.

Only that the shower took a while to figure out but we got there in the end 😅

A comfortable and spacious apartment which if used by a large family would be great value for money. Handy location and a bonus to have the shop just below and restaurant next door. The owner sent photos of where to park, which was really useful. Comfy bed and a great night sleep (back bedroom)

The lower bathroom window was locked and no key. As there is no other ventilation we used the upper bathroom to shower. The owner has been advised.

Nice, spacious apartment, well decorated, comfortable, and clean.

Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 vehicle, a broken toilet seat in the top floor bathroom was awkward, and beware the unstable water temperature in the top bathroom shower: It runs cold, often.

The apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The people in the shop below were very helpful when we arrived and especially when we had to return as we had left something behind in the apartment. Perfect location for our one night stopover.

“We enjoyed our stay in Marine apartment. We were attending a family do in a nearby hotel which was too expensive to stay in as we needed two double rooms and also we wanted to be together as a family. The apartment was great for this as it has 4 bedrooms (3 double) and a lounge/dining room with big TV so we got a good quality Chinese meal from the Mey Lai take away in one of the shops below. The quality of the decoration furniture was clean and good and we would have no hesitation in booking in again should we come back to this part of Devon. Naveed was a relaxed and friendly host and the staff in shop below were helpful. Thoroughly recommended.”
