Ideal location for us.
Spacious property for two of us, very neat and tidy. Kitchen nice, could do with a cheese grater and frying pan needs to be replaced. Lovely views from front of property, not so at the back. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking.

We couldn't find a shower mat for the shower which put us a bit wary to having a shower hence to why kids took a bath.

Lovely stay in a modern cottage with everything we needed!
Lovely and modern, not too far from Dawlish by car. Really nice touches such as handmade biscuits. Plenty of space.
Although the property was clean, we did keep finding lots of dog hairs.

Great location to discover Dawlish and the Devon coast.
Lovely property in a rural location. Extremely clean, and comfortable and as other reviewers have stated - really warm. I wish my own home was as easy to heat.
A washing machine would have been great, but not a travesty by any means.
