Great location with views of the sea
Warm and cosy
Was very helpful to be able to leave our bags in the property when we arrived by train .The property is only a few metres from the station .

Collection of keys was fine, finding the property a little more difficult. Although it is located centrally in Dawlish with a fine view over the sea and village access is via a back alley and not immediately obvious.
We were traveling for leisure and really appreciated the close proximity of the railway station which gives fast and frequent access to both Exeter and the Devon and Cornwall delights further west. Teignmouth is five minutes away by train with great pubs and restaurants.
Really comfy and warm with all of the facilities necessary for a successful stay. As for the view. One word 'wow'!
Access to the property is via steps which are lit by low level lighting. Only one of the lights is working making access difficult. There is a bit of rubbish and weeds in this area. The shared access hall is a bit messy but as you approach the apartment a lovely coastal display of bits and pieces raises the spirits for what is a lovely apartment.

The Flat was centrally located with a view of the sea and the river. Private parking space. The Flat was fully equipped and furnished and there were some lovely extras like a cream tea and fudge
Access to the Flat from the car park is via metal staircase and more stairs inside to the Flat which some may find challenging. Did find the property a bit cold at times.
