The location was perfect to get to everything. We have 2 kids - 6 and 8 and we managed to walk everywhere with no fuss. Lots of lovely restaurants, walkable.
The place was beautifully decorated and so clean!
The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful.
We couldnt for the life of us get the Smart element of the TV to work, but luckily I brought my own Roku stick. The WiFi on the TV kept cutting out at one point.
The shower didnt drain quick enough so we had to keep our showers quick.
The parking is gated securely, but it is very tight. It wasnt helped by the fact we have a large SUV and there were builders equipment everywhere at that time. Luckily though there was no one else using the other spaces so we managed to park in the middle.
The heating is easy to control with the little portable.panel, but the living room got very hot very quickly.

Lovely property and fantastic location. Great Parking facilities. Had a lovely 2 night stay here and would definitely visit again!
Slight communication issue on the date of arrival meant when I arrived at the property I was unable to access it. After quickly contacting customer service, this was resolved promptly and there were no further issues with the stay.

Excellent location. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Free parking is a bonus in central York although it would be tight for large cars.
