Very central, great place for sightseeing and restaurants. All within walking distance. Lovely outdoor area. We spent each evening there having pre dinner drinks. Good quality furnishings.
The 2 kitchen cupboards need the springs regarded. The doors were heavy and did not stay open.

The house was pretty much perfect in every way. The parking space was a real bonus, and the proximity to the centre of wonderful York was fantastic. The house itself was warm and comfortable (we didn't need to alter the thermostat even though the outside temperature was below freezing). The welcome pack was a nice touch, and everything you could want cutlery & crockery wise could be found in the very well equiped kitchen.
We enjoyed the property, and location, so much so that we have booked another week later in the year. We can also thoroughly recommend Drakes Fish & Chips in York who delivered to to the property, via deliveroo, within 15 minutes for 49p. The food was delicious, and piping hot!
The bed could have been a little bigger (wider), a minor detail I know, and the hoover only appeared to hold it's charge for about 3-4 minutes, so perhaps could do with replacing.

The house was warm, clean, comfortable and perfectly situated. There was plenty of everything..cups, plates, cutlery, cooking implements etc.
No bins in either bathroom
