Easy walking distance to all parts of central York. Very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable ground level 2x2 apartment in great location.
Instructions to find property very misleading. Nothing on building to identify it as Abbott's Chambers. Address originally given on Booking.com was 2 St Maurice's Road. Should have said Unit 2, St Maurice's COURT. Big difference!! We wasted a lot of time trying to locate the right property. Iron provided performed poorly. It would be helpful to have basic instructions on how to use washer/dryer and microwave. Wifi strength was poor.

Very convenient location.
The second bedroom was a little snug and very warm even with a fan. Although parking was advertised as available it wasn’t on site parking and a fee payable in a nearby council car park. I would have preferred to know this information prior to booking.

Check in was quick and easy
The water heater wasn't working. Only the boost tank worked. 2 people of our family of 4 could shower, one had an ice shower and I waited for the boost to warm enough to get warm water for a few minutes before bed.. I texted with property management for over an hour about it and sent tons of pics of tanks etc.. just to be told we must've used all the water.
