Lovely little house, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Tiny but beautiful garden with fairy lights to relax in with view of the city walls. Parking space much appreciated as parking in York limited and very expensive so this alone would be reason to stay here! Pleasant 5 minute walk to centre.
There was no freezer not even a tiny one in fridge
We booked for 3 guests but one guest was only staying one night
This was lucky as the living room is small and the sofa bed takes up all the space. House is perfect for 2 but it would be hard work putting the sofa bed up and down everyday for a longer break

Wonderful location - a short walk away from town and in a quiet area with no traffic noise. The house was lovely and it was great having a conservatory to have our meals in. We stayed during a heatwave and there were two fans provided. Would recommend to a friend and also would stay again.
It would have been nice to have a freezer but as the kitchen is quite small I'm not sure where it would go. It didn't dampen the stay though as there's a Co-op and Asda both within a ten minute walk.
