Nice property- but a few small details let it down

Easy to find, room was decent size, comfortable & clean enough. Parking at the back really handy & back door for coming & going to the car. Close to a shop.

I didn’t realise there was no oven or hob in the ‘kitchen’ other properties I looked at pointed this out in the description. Also in the listing it says about having streaming channels on the tv - it’s not explained that you have to pay £8 extra per day for this. I also couldn’t get it working so our ‘cosy movie & pizza night’ was an total fail with no oven & no movies 🙈

Christmas visit

Olivia was amazing,. she provided everything needed and more. Christmas gifts were provided for our teenager and toddler. Amazing win for us as my toddler loved his. Perfect location for family.

Great Stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything , especially with the fridge, and the price for what was offered was 10/10! Loved how I could ask for the sofa bed to get made up before arrival, and it was no problem whatsoever. My daughter is difficult to share a bed with!

A lovely, well-appointed and immaculate studio which is great value for money.

The property was easy to find, well located and absolutely immaculate inside. Having parking at the rear of the property was such a boon, too. Beautifully appointed studio with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. We never met our hosts, but did communicate with them via message, and they were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect stay for people visiting the Irvine area.

The only thing I would say is that, being so close to the main street, it may be quite noisy if you are a light sleeper (as my partner is), but as a sound sleeper myself, it posed no problem.

What a find.

Last minute ferry change meant had to book accommodation the night before. What a find in Glasvenn and Olivia. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, everything needed for a comfortable night's stay. I was with my elderly parents and a small dog and we all enjoyed our stay. Delicious takeaway meal from the Italian restaurant only a few yards away. Despite being in the town centre it was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Any queries I had were answered promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glasvenn, Olivia and her lovely Mum.

A great stay at a great property

Great property finished to a high standard, everything you need, all modern and clean, kids loved the pull out sofa bed! Lovely courtyard to the back of the property, ideally situated close to bar and an Italian restaurant, the portal and couple mins walk from river gate, the hosts before during and after went above and beyond, couldn’t have been any friendlier or any more accommodating, thanks for a lovely stay

Easy self catering flat - perfect for a night before ferry

Cute cottage in a historic cobbled street. Spacious and modern inside. It was nice to safely park the car directly next to it at the back. The family who run it were really friendly and helpful. There was good shopping locally - 3 big supermarkets and clothes shops. There was an Italian restaurant a few doors away.
