It's a lovely small flat just a few minutes walk from the centre of Oban. A great deal of thought has clearly gone into making the flat comfortable for guests. It has a good shower, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and side lamps in the living room and bedroom. It has all the utensils and other necessities in the kitchen. Complimentary biscuits, chocolate and water was a really lovely and welcoming touch. Also coffee for the coffee machine. I found the hosts to be very responsive and it was great to be given instructions for accessing the flat along with a little video and for using the equipment. Also a brilliant local guide. I would definitely stay again.
There was nothing I didn't really like. Just a few things that would be useful, and things to note.
There are two fairly steep flights of steps to the flat, which is two floors up. I don't remember seeing anything about this on the site, but I may just have missed it. The is no lift.
There is a window that faces the bathroom where it is possible for residents from the flat nearby to see in. I had to remember to close the bathroom door or the blind when using the bathroom. A clear one way window screen would be great for this, for privacy.
There was a problem with SKY TV so I couldnt use it, but I was able to make do with Freeview.
Could do with a stool in the hallway or a small chair to sit on to put on and remove boots/shoes.

Modern clean with everything you need for a comfy stay.
The 39 steps up to the flat - 2 flights to each floor and no hand rails. Staying for a week a second set of towels should be provided.

Very good location to walk everywhere in Oban centre. Very clean and had everything we needed for a few days holiday
Could have done with bigger bath towels but not really an issue as such just a suggestion

This comfortable and clean, fully-equipped apartment is just a five-minute walk from the train station. It also has Lidl and Tesco supermarkets around the corner. Everything is new. Perfect for long-term stays. Centrally situated.
No issues. The apartment is best for long-term stays.
