I couldn’t recommend this property enough! It was perfect from start to finish! I stayed here with my son who was doing work experience at Rolls-Royce and it was just what we needed! The property has two bedrooms, both with their own en-suites, which was brilliant! It was so cosy in the evenings watching telly and there was so much choice of things to watch! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Derby, so everything is within easy reach. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby and a lovely little local coffee shop called Nixon’s which we loved! Everyone we met locally was so friendly too! The owner was brilliant with communication and really flexible with check-in and check-out times which made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay! If I’m ever in Derby again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!
Nothing at all! Couldn’t fault it!

Kitchen was ok, beds were comfortable but because of lack of room difficult to get into or out of bed. Lounge was ok apart from one painted wall.
The area in which the apartment was situated was a slum area.
