Beautiful brand new 3 bedroom city centre house with garden

Hosts were very friendly, informative and communication good. Walking distance to a huge shopping centre with lots of food outlets, its a quiet area but lots around and perfect location for a derby arena event we had. The house is comfortable and clean. there's a restaurant next door which is nice and 1 parking space outside the front door although did have to keep asking the neighbours to move their car as they thought they could just use it when they had visitors.

They couldn't get the garden grass cut not been cut for months and months but they did try and apologised for the issue, a shame as we chose the house instead of a hotel for the garden on a lovely weekend but as i say it was explained when we got there and very apologetic. I also didnt like the fact you have to pay a waiver of £60 which wasn't clear before. looking in the policy section on booking it states fully refunded but the link says the waiver fee isn't refunded so you have no choice but to pay a fee of £60 extra for any possible breakages which we didn't have nor have ever broken anything.

This house was perfect for our trip! The location couldn't be better as it made getting around town so easy. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the house itself felt just like home. Plus, the host was super friendly and gave us all the info we needed. Highly recommend! It’s definitely worth what we paid

The only downside was the limited supply of cleaning products
