Friendly, Accessible and worthwhile
This house was perfect for our trip! The location couldn't be better as it made getting around town so easy. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the house itself felt just like home. Plus, the host was super friendly and gave us all the info we needed. Highly recommend! It’s definitely worth what we paid

It was clean and the bed were cosy too. Nice area for a family to stay
Sofa was still broken not repaired from months ago and basic essentials were not given. Washing up liquid, toilet rolls and hand soap.

Home away from home
The place is very well situated and close to everything. Reasonably well equipped with everything that is needed. The host was extremely accommodating as we needed to check in earlier. We couldn't be more grateful to have a home away from home

Unpleasant experience from the Facilites Managers but nice and great place to stay for family trips.
The Facilities were superb and the family really enjoyed the stay. The environment was cosy and I believe there was value for money. We were allowed one week extension in the facility when we could not a more permanent accomodation for a longer family stay.
The only major shortfall was that the Facility Managers were not courteous enough. They could not keep the key for us, anywhere, on the first night, despite our correspondences informing them of our late arrival, due to flight and train schedules, beyond our control. They kept insisting that their office closes by 8pm and that we should do well to arrive before then. All calls to the Facility Mangers, on our arrival by around 2230hrs that night met empty promises, of one of the Engineers coming to meet us, that kept us freezing in the cold. There was also no apologies nor compensation for this shortfall of theirs. I and my family nearly slept out in the freezing cold of Saturday, September 24, 2022 night, but for a stranger-turned-friend, that picked us from the train station to the apartment and vowed not to leave us until we are settled that night. When we could not get the keys after 0030hrs that night, as the Facilites Managers kept making empty promises, he then took the risk of taking us, total strangers, to his family house and allowed us a sleeping space in his house that night. Thought the accomodation was pleasant, the Facilities Managers need to make adequate compensations for this shortfall.
