The property was very nice and comfortable, ideal space for a family of four.
Close enough to walk into Derby Centre.
Very loud banging, dragging of furniture and people shouting at 12-2am.
It was quite disturbing during the night.
I guess you can't control the people staying, but the people staying above us had no respect for other people trying to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-heated, spacious, and perfectly located. The host exceeded expectations in making sure everything was comfortable. My family and I loved our time here and would definitely stay with them again, especially if they’re available in other towns.

Gated parking, the place felt very secure. Great for work vans. Apartment was clean, warm and well presented. The access instructions were excellent. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot. Massive TV in the front room. Small balcony area. Excellent central location. Very good for contractors
Kitchen could maybe have been better stocked. Few more condiments, tea bags,, bin bags, etc but it has the basics.

The apartment is roomy, comfy, contains several options for a short or long stay including washer, cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The master bedroom offers a very comfy bed whilst there are two modern sofa / futon beds (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) that are comfy enough for kids to sleep on, along with bedding that is provided. The host provided sufficient towels for 3, included soap and shampoo in the washroom.
Windows can be opened to allow fresh air and the curtains can be drawn to ensure blackout at night (the area outside is quite bright).
Access to the block is keypad controlled, whilst there is parking available for guests (requires permission in advance).
The entry to the building is quite dark and feels a but spooky however the area is safe.

I stayed on business for 10 days. I wanted to check out 1 day early. I contacted cotels and was told this could only be done through b.com. I tried this twice but b.com did not respond to my request. So I ended up paying for a night I didn’t use. For work trips I need flexibility so I wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.

This is a lovely property with the pictures matching the actual property.
The bedrooms have plenty of storage and both bathrooms are a good size.
There is a good size dinning table and sofa space so if you are travelling as a group don't worry there is plenty of space.
The work desk is a nice extra and set up well.
It has three balaconys so you are spolit for choice if you want to enjoy the view. Finally if you have questions you can get hold of someone quickly.

Stayed for two nights and really liked the place. Super clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Self check-in was easy, no hassle at all. Overall, just a really solid stay! I’d definitely book again.
The only downside was that there’s no lift, which made carrying luggage up a bit of a hassle. Just something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags. Still, I’d stay here again!

The remote and local staff were exceptionally available when needed and co-ordinate with each other so they could let us in when we needed to be.
Too many codes, keypads and different forms of instructions that business travelers like we are, find frustrating to manage. I already have alot of notifications from various booking.com and transport channels ranging from requesting feedback to operational information necessary to actually make the right transport decisions. We never got the pedestrian gate to open when we were trying to get back in, even when we were more familiar with access the next day. You might want to check the instructions /pin number for that pedestrian gate. We used the transport gate just fine though! Again, your pleasant immediate remote customer service was awesome

Location was ideal. Close to takeaway and an asda at a nearby petrol station.
City centre is a short walk away.
We were only there for 2 nights and we could have done with an extra roll of toilet paper other than that i could not fault the accommodation.
The curtain pole in the smaller bedroom was loose at the right hand side.
