The property is lovely, it’s in an excellent place near the centre of derby. It is clean and very comfortable. Beds are so comfortable. It’s got everything you need for a short stay and if you planned to stay longer. The towels were so lush and soft it was like a cloud wrapped around you. The large floor to ceiling doors in the main bedroom and lounge area allowed amazing flow / breeze on a very hot day.

First and most important for me was the lift not working. The property is on the second floor - 2 flights of stairs - I’m disabled and had picked this property because it had a lift. I did inform Chris and he stated he would report this. If I’d been alone I would have not been able to get up the stairs with my case and mobility aid. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. As we’ve been in a heatwave and the bathroom is an inside one without any other ventilation it did make it feel uncomfortable and a bit like a sauna. The shower fitting also could only be on the lowest setting which meant it was difficult to have a proper shower (I had to bend down a little but my daughter who’s shorter -5’1 was fine 😂). It is very important to note at this point that Chris did offer to come replace the shower fitting the following day however as I was only there two nights we were okay to manage with it as it was and brought down a little

Really pleasant stay - would thoroughly recommend the property.

Very clean flat - nicely set out so felt very spacious. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Very helpful & friendly owner who met us to check-in & gave advice about places we could eat. Good communication.

Had a few issues with the keys when we were trying to lock the window doors but we messaged the owner and they said they were sorting it.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment. A nice quiet area and a short walk to plenty of amenities. The car space was ideal as we rented a car. Chris was a fantastic host; great communication. He left clear instructions and it was very easy to access the apartment. Our son left some toys behind and Chris even posted them home for us! We met his brother Nick as we were leaving and he gave us great recommendations of places to visit for the day. Overall a hassle free, enjoyable stay. We would have no hesitation booking here again if we were back in the area!

Appartamento ben organizzato, posizione strategica tra il centro e l'università, ottimo parcheggio e accesso, luminoso e ben distribuito, ben riscaldato con tutti i servizi funzionanti.

Purtroppo per un disguido abbiamo ricevuto l'appartamento sporco dei ospiti anteriori però i proprietari si son mossi velocemente ad aggiustare il tutto e che il nostro soggiorno fosse ottimale.
