Convenient location for us, spacious. Good to have parking space. Fairy quiet considering it is near a junction and dual carriageway. Good TV.

DO NOT STAY HERE EXPECTING A GOOD EXPERIENCE

There was nothing to like. The host erroneously contacted me the day before arrival asking for ID which I had supplied 5/6 days previous and which they had acknowledged. If I didn’t point this out I would not have received the door access code in time

See above. The description of the property is inaccurate. It includes the whole of the property which is split between 2 floors and gives the impression of a large shared space with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and lounge. I only learnt this after booking and the hosts reply was couched in such terms that they knew there was ambiguity in their description. I had the downstairs one bed studio and shower room, you could hardly swing a cat around in the bedroom. The light in the corridor is sensor operated and despite shutting all doors, it kept coming on and going off in the night. Take my advice DO NOT STAY HERE EXPECTING A GOOD EXPERIENCE, NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL

Nice big and spacious with a great location close to the centre of Derby.

The shower was terrible to the point of nearly no water coming out. Looked great but very bad operation.

Comfortable, clean with a cosy environment, generous with the domestic appliances required!

The accommodation was decently facilitated, cosy.

The hall way light that kept on turning itself on and off, must have been a fire safety feature of descript, fortunately enough the bedroom door divided the hallway from the bedroom area! Perhaps turn the sensor down if applicable?

I wouldn’t book it again, but it was cheap

Access to the property was easy using the door codes. It was clean

Parking space was too small, I had to park on the road. It was noisy - from the neighbours going up and down the stairs and talking and going in and out. There was also a lot of road noise. The hot tap in the bathroom didn’t work. Very small bedroom, the photos were misleading

Good place to relax after days work

Had everything I needed fir my short stay , good television, comfortable, very clean , fridge and a microwave so I could make a quick meal for myself. Fridge so I could have a cold drink - perfect

Ideal place to stop if you are visiting derby, especially the uni as on the doorstep. Accommodation lovely, clean tidy, free parking space, in a nice area next to park.

Brilliant place to stay

It was a safe and secure, very comfortable place to stay. I was given very clear instructions on how to find my way into the property, it was very private, and apacious for one person. It was a really fantastic place to stay in for the short period I was there The room had an automatic, sensored, light in the hallway which confused me at first, but made it very easy to ensure no loss of navigation through the night during my stay. The bed was comfy, and access to Wi-Fi allowed me to be able to watch a movie before falling asleep. 10 / 10 would suggest staying here as a solo-traveller.
