Stayed here for one night and overall had a great experience. The property was spotlessly clean throughout. The only hiccup was that the door code didn't work on arrival, but the host was very responsive and quickly sorted it out.
The room itself was lovely and cosy, with a really comfortable bed and an immaculately clean bathroom. There's a large screen TV with working Netflix, which was a nice bonus. I also appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like complimentary bottles of water /tea/coffee and soap .
For comfort, there's both a fan and a heater. While there's no full kitchen, you do get a microwave along with dinnerware, cutlery and everything you'd need for a quick meal or drink.
The only minor downside was some noise coming from the stairs and the flat above. For me it wasn't a dealbreaker at all, and I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great communication with the owner, any problems or questions I had were answered quickly. Used for the night before my wedding with 2 bridesmaids and was great for the morning wedding prep before moving on to the venue. Very clean and great parking.
If I had to say anything the bed in the master bedroom was a little hard and could have done with some less plump pillows (but thats personal preference) the sofa bed was ok but the back of it was held up with chairs, not sure if this was due to us wanting to use it as a sofa bed but if it wasnt it would have been difficult to sit and lean back on. BUT that wasnt a problem and absolutely perfect for what I needed.

Access to the property was easy using the door codes. It was clean
Parking space was too small, I had to park on the road. It was noisy - from the neighbours going up and down the stairs and talking and going in and out. There was also a lot of road noise. The hot tap in the bathroom didn’t work. Very small bedroom, the photos were misleading
