The keys were easy to get. The parking was good.
I was expecting to be in the main building but was in the terraces at the back.

We stayed in an impressive apartment (not all of them in the complex will be this grand) which had been beautifully renovated. It's very comfortable, spacious, quiet, with plenty of parking, in a convenient location for the centre of Derby. The kitchen was well-equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself, but there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways locally. Communication from the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Two of the shutters in the bedrooms were stuck, making privacy a bit touch and go.

The location is good. It’s nice to have kitchen in the property.
It’s not the cleanest. My linen was dusty and I’ve found multiple hairs on it which is not ideal. The toilet seat was stained and I managed to wipe unknown yellow stains off it. Dishes were greasy. The flat does not feel well maintained, despite having good facilities to start with. Shower area was mouldy, toilet floor was permanently stained…etc. Be prepared to take the stairs. As I’ve got a top floor flat, it was challenging to get my heavy luggage up and down the property.
