Amazing stay, we stayed here for Download festival.The place was beyond our expectations. It was so clean and so comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Instructions for everything were emailed the morning before we arrived, they honestly could not have been more helpful. Great location.

Location was good, and felt secure with the locked gates and key systems.
We were unfortunately upstairs which made it hard with a toddler.

The location is good. It’s nice to have kitchen in the property.
It’s not the cleanest. My linen was dusty and I’ve found multiple hairs on it which is not ideal. The toilet seat was stained and I managed to wipe unknown yellow stains off it. Dishes were greasy. The flat does not feel well maintained, despite having good facilities to start with. Shower area was mouldy, toilet floor was permanently stained…etc. Be prepared to take the stairs. As I’ve got a top floor flat, it was challenging to get my heavy luggage up and down the property.
