Ok for one night . Good location.

Very small room, old decor, no kettle,breakfast ok

Not much. At least there was a bed in the room.

It started to go wrong even before I arrived. The website said check in until 2200, or later by special request. On booking, I gave my arrival time as between 2100 and 2200 and received a confirmation email that that was fine. Then, AFTER I had set off (with some 400km to drive) a text was sent, which I could not read as I was driving, saying that reception would close at 2100. Fortunately, and unusually, I had left early and arrived before 2100. Parking is just the adjacent hypermarket's car park – not secure. Nowhere decent to eat nearby. Reception gave directions to somewhere else plus the keycode to gain access on my return. When I got back, I tried to get Online and got a message to say that I needed a wifi code from reception, which was now closed. The weather was hot and the aircon didn't work – and there were no instructions, and no one on reception to report it to. With the window open, it was very noisy with police sirens and boy racers on the main road nearby. In the morning, there was no bread laid out for breakfast and no one to ask. Overall, unimpressed.

Bedroom was dirty needs to be up dated the bathroom had mold and scum all round the bath the bathroom door it the heater on the wall to close it the bed had stains on the mattress the mattress had a plastic sheet under the sheet which mad you sweat the door stop between the bathroom and bedroom was lose and moved when you walked over it the sink had a big crack going all the way round it the photo showed tea and coffee making facilities which was not in the room the room was definitely over priced and really not worth the £65 we paid for the night when we asked about the bar we were told it would close at 9pm the reading lamp on the wall was broken and hanging off the wall the air conditioning control panel was hang off the wall there was exposed electrical cables the curtain was hanging off the window.this hotel really needs to be check by someone from booking.com as it is an utter disgrace and to be honest It shouldn’t be advertised on booking.com’s websit.Very disappointing and dissatisfied should be able to view the room before you pay Especially after traveling for 6hours.

Unfriendly staff not to clean when I booked I was told by mail my request for ground floor close to reception because of mobility problems but was told when I arrived no rooms on ground floor end of story had to drag my self to 4 th floor would not go back

This is quite possibly the dirtiest and most run down hotel we have ever stayed in. The pictures are nothing at all like the reality of staying there. The area outside of the hotel was covered in dog mess and the entrance door was shattered. We had a family room booked, this was on the 4th floor with a window that only opened fully into the room. This is unbelievably dangerous for anyone with small children as they could easily fall out if the window was open. The air conditioning unit was absolutely filthy, covered in dust and barely worked. The bathroom was hideous, there was hair (that wasn’t ours!!) all over the tiles, bath and floor. The shower could not hold its temperature and would fluctuate between cold and very hot/scalding every 30 seconds. The holder was also broken so the only was to shower was to hold it in your hand. Nothing had been cleaned properly as there was a thick layer of dust on the skirting, vents etc. There was mould everywhere, all around the bath and on the ceiling in the bedroom. The walls are paper thin, they literally move if you push slightly on them!

Perfect location. Very close to the town centre and the commercial centre. Super view of the fireworks for the 14th of July just in front of the hotel.
