It was a beautiful hotel with the most helpful, charming and friendly staff. We had dinner in La Chapelle and it was the best meal we have ever had. We have eaten in many excellent award winning restaurants but this chef excelled. The flavours, composition and artistic presentation were beyond words.

Lovely.

It’s adjacent to a beautiful park. Beautifully maintained, and stunning. There is an incredible restaurant in the renovated chapel serving wonderful food and superb service.

Pool is quite small - more for perfecting the leisurely float and bubbles than for exercise. The Counter-current system was not working.

If you can - and want to - afford it, this is simply an amazing, lovely place. A beautiful chateau in a well-maintained park. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff throughout. Just that great feeling of sheer luxury. Further amplified by our excellent dinner at their Michelin star restaurant La Chapelle - again a super friendly and impeccable staff and a creative cuisine.

For its hefty price, frankly, the breakfast really should be better. We got remarkably weak coffee (did the coffee grinder not work, maybe?), a fluffy, very soft-boiled egg, and some standard croissants and Danish rolls. Oh well, you can't have it all - we throughly enjoyed our luxury stay here anyway!

Unexpected delight of a place to stay in middle France

Pleasant location adjacent to an established park with gardens, trees and ponds. Easy carparking and easy access to room. Fun but professional staff in bistro restaurant.

Very little remains of the original chateau, so property felt somewhat Disney Castle-like. However, rooms were modern and very comfortable.

Absolutely blissful and a welcomed break from our travels.

The staff were fantastic from arriving on site right through to leaving! especially the barman and the manager. The staff catered for us superbly well when we we’re unable to dine at La Chapelle.

The fake grass. whilst the practicalities of a fake grass are great, the positive environmental impacts are lost and the natural surroundings/aesthetics feel a little forced. The rest of the garden was beautiful.

Stay at the castle

Wonderfully refurbished chateau with an amazing staff, room and excellent service. Food is amazing and so is the atmosphere in the bistro. Restaurant was closed during our stay, but we will come back again 😉

The rooms are very nice clean and modern. I do think when u are paying €225 per night per room breakfast should be included and not €25 each for a continenal. The house keeping team keep the place looking very clean. The staff in the restaurant was very professional
