We have stayed here before and knew it was just about ok for an overnight stop, however our previous visits had been earlier in the year. On this occasion in July it was much warmer and the in room AC was almost pointless, barely any flow even on maximum and it did very little to cool the room. The room and building are showing their age and are shabby round the edges.

Pictures must be old. Lot of maintenance need to be done in that hotel, elevator in bad shape, leaking airco in the bedroom, soap bottle empty. A nice view on the mall roof with all the airco buzzing. Ok for one night.

Good location, hostess was friendly, rooms look clean but floor was'nt as clean as it looked. We came with a 1 year old and his legs knees were black, dirty. Beds were comfortable.

Well placed for shopping area including the nearby Flunch restaurant but the area was a little seedy.There was parking outside but the hotel itself was a bit tired.Staff ok.

Indifferent staff we only stayed an hour (50 minutes of which was spent looking for another hotel) We did not stay the night it was disgusting and we have photos to prove it.

Have used this hotel twice now. It is a convenient half way distance when travelling from the Tunnel to the south of France. A new road connects the A71 to Montlucon. The hotel is a bit tired but the beds are perfectly adequate and the rooms clean. Booked ahead it is very reasonably priced. It is next door to a Flunch restaurant for a well priced meal.
