Stay not enjoyed because of problems

Not very appetising only one pastry no fresh fruit

I asked to connect to WiFi but that was not possible I asked why the thermostat in my room was not working but they said nobody could help

Will not likely return

It’s location was perfect. Unique property, cheerful helpful staff. Breakfast is not included, costs 12€ per person, but is adequate. It’s close to cafes, a beautiful boulevard and within walking distance to the medieval center of town.

Super dated rooms, decor and that »old » hotel smell. Our shower door was broken, there was black mold in the corners. I stayed here in February of this year and we were told that rooms were undergoing renovation. That seems to have stopped as we were certainly not in a renovated room.

Nothing. The bar area looked nice but we didn’t eat there.

The room had a strong smell of disinfectant. We left the aircon on when we went down town to get something to eat & the smell was still as bad on our return.

A GREAT FAMILY RUN HOTEL WITH GOOD ACCOMMODATION & EXCEPTIONAL FARE.

The Hotel Des Bourbons is a family run hotel that provides clean comfortable accommodation and is very reasonably priced. There was a choice of having dinner in the restaurant or the brasserie. We chose the restaurant and were not disappointed with exceptional quality fare served at a reasonable price. The bedroom/ shower were comfortable and clean with a very good choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Expensive but worth considering for the convenience when hotel restaurant/grill are also open.

Location is the main attraction and staff are professional and helpful. Rooms are clean albeit 'tight'. Downstairs restaurant/grill offer good food but are closed unfortunately, on Sundays and Mondays.

Total lack of anything to drink in room and with restaurant closing times of Sunday and Monday, not even a lobby coffee/drinks/snack machine for guests. Mediocre dining only in the immediate vicinity.

It did the job!

The Breakfast was ok but had much better. The location was good for the centre but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I especially requested private parking but my car would not even go down the ramp to get into their underground parking. I had to leave my car out on the street overnight ☹️Not Happy! We were traveling through Greece - Italy and France with a reasonable amount of luggage which had to be left in the car overnight. The parking should be pointed out before a booking is made. Also the view from our room looked over a flat roof which is not what we expected

La salle de bain de notre chambre était rénovée, très fonctionnelle, linge de toilette en tres bon état. Matelas et oreillers confortables.

La moquette dans la chambre, pas très hygiénique. Le sommier et matelas tachés, la toile du sommier pendait par terre, des traces pouvant faire penser à des punaises de lits étaient présentes.

Un voyage sympathique dans le passé

De beaux restes d'un hôtel certainement haut de gamme dans le passé. Un magnifique escalier d'époque en témoigne. C'est encore en état correct, mais demande un rajeunissement qui est d'ailleurs en cours. A ce jour la climatisation de toutes les chambres est opérationnelle. Il est vrai que le plancher craque lors du déplacement des clients , c'est aussi le charme de l'ancien, mais les chambres sont relativement silencieuses et confortables. Le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

Die Lage war sehr gut und man konnte in der Umgebung gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze buchen - etwas umständlich bis man das verstanden hat, aber schlussendlich - einfach! sowie genügend Plätze vorhanden!

Die Abrechnung erfolgte einerseits durch BOOKING.COM - andererseits nochmals durch das Hotel!! Das ist sehr schlecht organisiert und ich werde dem Hotel sowie BOOKING.COM mitteilen, dass diese Doppelbelastung innerhalb 24 Stunden storniert werden soll - ansonsten fällt diese Bewertung wesentlich schlechter aus!!

Bon hôtel propre et confortable bien situé, faut juste pas tomber sur le réceptionniste du soir si vous voulez être bien

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter la cité médiévale juste à côté, les équipements modernes et en bon état.

Le réceptionniste du soir, antipathique à souhait ! Il a essayé de me facturer une seconde fois, nous a fait croire que tout était fermé pour dîner le lundi de Pâques au soir alors que nous avons trouvé un bon resto à 30m de l’hôtel…zéro pointé et franchement désagréable! Heureusement la réceptionniste du matin était avenante et très gentille, c’était le jour et la nuit comme on dit !
