- Die Sauberkeit (pulita e confortevole) - Die Lage (ottima posizione, vicino al centro/porto/stazione) - Die Ausstattung (attrezzattura) - Aldo gentilissimo e sempre disponibile - Snacks/Frühstück (colazione)&Cafè für uns gerichtet (bel gesto a sorpresa dal proprietario) - Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus (parcheggio praticamente davanti alla porta) - Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl (Ci sentivamo veramente accolto) - Sehr empfehlenswert (consigliatissimo)

La casa es grande y cómoda, tiene su propio parking en la puerta y está a 3min del centro de la Spezia. Los anfitriones te reciben y son muy amables. La wifi va bien. Y la zona es residencial segura y tranquila. Los anfitriones nos dejaron algunas cosas para desayunar. Gracias
Es una casa más tipo rustica. Está en una zona fría y la casa nos olía un poco a humedad. Yo pondría un deshumidificador. Son muebles antiguos y nuevos mezclados que no supone mayor problema pero parece estar a camino de la mejora. Le falta un impulso pero en general estarás bien allí.

Proprietari gentili di struttura lungo strada scorrimento veloce in discesa e quindi rumorosa. Adeguata per una notte, non oltre.
Una delle due stanze da letto è adiacente alla strada: molto rumorosa di notte, soprattutto causa moto. Wi-Fi non funzionava in quanto non rinnovato
