Great Location for Ski Vacation

The Location is Great. Especially the short distance to Fleckalmbahn is a highlight. the Staff is very kind.

Loved it and will be back.

Very good breakfast, everyone will find something good, but dinners were exceptional. We were not expecting such a great food (sweets on Friday - awesome!). Location is amazing just next to the gondola station, so you just walk in your ski boots from the hotel. There is ski room as well. Stuff in the hotel is extra helpful and nice. Room was cleaned very well. I loved the whole stay so for sure we will be back.

If something would be better it would be hotter swimming pool as it was too cold for our children (small ones). Teens were having much fun there.

Für 1/2 Nächte okay, idyllischen Familienurlaub würde ich dort nicht planen.

Sehr nettes Personal, das Essen war sehr gut. Bäder sind neu renoviert. Liegt direkt an der Seilbahn.

Liegt direkt an lauter Durchgangsstrasse. Zimmer sind hellhörig. Die Spa Lüftung ist laut und lärmt direkt unterm Balkon. ein typisches, in die Jahre gekommenes tiroler Hotel.

Ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub.

Das Frühstück, die Nachmittagsjause sowie das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Wanderer und Skifahrer optimal. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Gondel zur Fleckalm. Man kann bequem in den Bus vor dem Hotel ein- und aussteigen und die Nachbarorte erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Très satisfait de notre séjour .

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour les randonnées et les balades à vélo . La nourriture était très bonne. Nous avions pris la formule 1/2 pension et tout était parfait . Le personnel est aussi très agréable .

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 1 semaine chaude et ensoleillée , donc un frigo dans la chambre aurait été le bienvenu pour pouvoir y mettre 1 ou 2 boissons

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer (Appartment) für uns nahezu perfekt. Das Appartmenthaus liegt hinter dem Hotelkomplex. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Vorlieben im Restaurant wurden, trotz vollem Haus, direkt übernommen und an Folgetagen abgefragt. Der Kaffee im Appartment wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt, benötigte Ersatzbettwäsche direkt erneuert. Trotz dass wir von Neun Urlaubstagen, sieben mit Dauerregen verbracht haben, hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Innenpool ist sehr schön - Witterungsbedingt ein wenig Klein.

Wir hätten uns über eine Trocknungsmöglichkeit gefreut. Es gibt einen Abstellraum: hier hätte ein kleiner Wäscheständer wunderbar Platz gefunden, um die Badesachen, Bademäntel und nasse Kleidung durch den Dauerregen besser trocknen zu können. Ein Kehrblech mit Besen wäre auch praktisch gewesen.

Assez satisfaisant

La restauration y est très bonne et les plats sont bien présentés. Goûter de 15:00 à 17:00 avec fromage, , charcuterie et pain , céréales , fruits et gâteaux., et jus de fruits C est appréciable quand on rentre de randonnée. L' espace piscine et spa est joli mais très bruyant. Les enfants y font ce qu'ils veulent sans que personne ne dise rien. Personnel de réception très sympathique et serviable.

Hôtel au bord d' une route très passante donc beaucoup de bruit.:mpossible d ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit Moquette au sol pas très propre et tachée. Prix des boissons du dîner exorbitant : 3.80€ la petite d' eau de 33 cl. C'est abusé. Tout comme le supplément pour chien : 12 € par jour.. Chambre assez vieillotte mais propre ( sauf la moquette)

In diesem Hotel ist der Urlaub die schönste Zeit im Jahr!

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Der Well ness Bereich sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber und die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist hervorragend und es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Service hervorragend und erfüllt jeden Wunsch.

Kurzurlaub (1 Woche)

Wir waren bereits zum 3ten. mal zu Gast in diesem tollen Hotel. Diesmal wieder in einem wunderschönen 2 Zimmer Apartment. Auch diesmal war das Personal wieder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und auch die Hoteleigner wie immer absolut Kundennah. Was uns sehr beeindruckt hat war das spezielle Kundenvorlieben bei Getränke ...Essen ...usw. aus dem Jahr zu vor anscheindem notiert wurden und man diese nicht mehr expliziet erwähnen musste...absolut Top das ist überdurchschnittlich Kundenfreundlich. Wir hatten wie immer das Halbpension's Angebot gebucht welches wir bedingungslos für jeden nur empfehlen können, der ein Tägliches fantastisches 3 (4) Gängemenü zu schätzen und genießen weiß. Die Täglichen Menüs waren sehr abwechslungsreich und ein absoluter Gaumengenuss. Zu dem ist in dem Angebot auch eine Nachmittags Jause inbegriffen bei der es dann frischen Kuchen ...... Schinken....Käse und fantastisch leckes Brot gab. Der Wellnesbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Pool wurde seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt im vergangen Jahr hervorragend saniert und aufgewertet so das man in ruhe entspannen und Relaxen kann. Hier merkt man das gern investiert wird um dem Kunden den Aufenthalt zu versüßen. Für Fahrradfahrer wird eine abgeschlossenen und Video überwachte Fahradgarage angeboten wo auch Kompressor und Werkzeug zur Reparaturen zur verfügung gestellt wird so wie eine Fahradwaschplatz mit Hockdruckreiniger. Abschließend ist das Hotel in einem absoluten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage für Skifahrer, verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Unterkunft zum Skifahren perfekt gelegen, direkt an der Talstation der FleckalmBahn. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und auch der Spabereich ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Treppenhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das mindert ansonsten den sehr guten Eindruck leider ein wenig. Jedoch ist es natürlich will Gericht IGR, dass die Zimmer renoviert sind und nicht der Flur. Von daher hat die Hotelführung bei der Priorisierung alles richtig gemacht. Die Zimmer Richtung Norden sind aufgrund der angrenzenden Hauptstraße bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut. Die Fenster selber sind aber sehr gut isoliert, dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster die Straße kaum wahrnimmt.
