Clean and coffee machine available

Pretty much everything, the room was cold, none replied to our messages through booking, breakfast was poor, everything was in bags and no fresh stuff, no fruits especially, no change of sheets unless you pay for it and you have to pick by your own shampoos and things that should have been there ready

I liked that the room was clean and the view from the window was nice.

I didn't like: -the floor was worn and unkempt -I didn't get disposable flipfloops -I didn't have a kettle in the room, it was only in a special room -in the room set up for coffees and teas, you were asked to pay for them because children were taking care of this space, I don't think it's nice to use children as an excuse. Put the exact price for a coffee or tea (I got one for free everywhere in Europe) and that's it.

Waking up to the breathtaking mountain views covered in snow was truly unforgettable and made the stay feel extra special. The room was bright and well laid out, with comfortable furniture and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a day out in the cold. Everything felt calm, warm, and inviting, especially with the natural light coming through the large windows overlooking the snowy landscape. What truly elevated the stay was the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Kathi. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Her personal touch added a level of comfort and authenticity that perfectly matched the hotel’s understated luxury. Overall, this hotel offered the perfect mix of comfort, simplicity, and stunning surroundings. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape in Switzerland. ❄️🏔️

Very friendly and kind hosts. Spacious rooms with a lot of light and view to the stunning landscape. Convincing model of "autonomous travelling". Big breakfast with a lot of variety. Quiet region and village of Engadine valley. Recommended.

- sehr sehr sehr ringhörig! Fenster sind sehr undicht. Autogeräusche als wären sie im Zimmer - sehr weiche und evtl. durchgelegene Matratzen - braune spuren in der Toilette und stank nach Fäkalien - diese Rückmeldung habe ich dem Personal via WhatsApp mitgeteilt, bis heute keine Stellungnahme

Tolle moderne Lokation in schoenen Maloja Taal.

Die Besitzer sind ganz nette Paar, haben immer telefonisch auf Fragen beantwortet, immer nett und freundlich. Am Frühstuck ist Selbstbedienung. Man kann gratis Tee und Coffee haben . Lage und Aussichten sind toll. Busstation ist grade 2 Minuten zu laufen.

Fur mich war schwierig diese Selfcheck- in Verfahren, mit Schlusselfinden, Welche Ture gehen etc.. Am schluss, dank Kathi hat alles geklappt, nun bin ich einfach Altmodisch.) Aber man gewonnt sich dran..

קרוב לסנט מוריץ (15 דקות נסיעה) במחיר נגיש יותר. מלון חדש ונקי. נוף להרים.

המלון צמוד לכביש הראשי שמוביל לסנט מוריץ, החדרים נמצאים בקומה הראשונה, מה שאומר ששומעים את כל רעש הכביש. כולל רעשי מפלסת השלג, בחור חביב שמנקה שלג משביל הגישה. קליטת הWIFI חלשה מאוד וליד המיטה לא הייתה קליטה בכלל. מגבות ישנות ומרופטות. לא היה סבון בחדר. במסדרון יש ארון עם ציוד שלוקחים לבד כי אין צוות במלון כלל. נגמר שם הסבון. חניה יקרה- 15€ ללילה בחניון בחוץ (בשלג) ו-30€ לחניון מקורה.

Würde mich jederzeit wieder in Longhin einmieten.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Grösse des Zimmers war angenehm. Guter Skiraum.

Die Bedienung des Fernsehers war mir ein Rätsel. Schade, dass das Restaurant an diesem Abend geschlossen war.

Tolles Heideway ohne Zwang, nette Besitzer tolles Konzept

Es ist der Perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und anscheinend auch im Winter zum Langlaufen (Loipe direkt gegenüber). Die Betten super bequem, alles echt sauber und das Essen was mir angeboten wurde Himmlisch ( muss man dazubuchen). Der Selfcheckin ist perfekt, denn lieber keine Leute Treffen anstatt unfreundliche. Besitzer jederzeit erreichbar und Hilfsbereit. Veloplarz, Veloreinigung, kaffeküche, Snacks einfach alles da. Einmaliges Preisleistungsverhältniss. Komme wieder. Danke Kathi und Dominik

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gut durchdachtes Self-Check-in

Das Frühstück konnte man sich selber zusammenstellen. Es war alles in Schubladen vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine stand bereit, Musik lief. Das Frühstück war dadurch natürlich nicht vergleichbar mit in anderen Hotels angebotenen Frühstücksbüffets, aber ganz okay. Man konnte sich sogar selber Eier machen. Der Frühstücksraum war grosszügig und ansprechend. Die Lage der Pension ist perfekt als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen etc. Wunderschönes Naturreservat in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schönes, modernes, sauberes Zimmer. Herzige Selbstbedienungsecke mit Kaffee, Getränken etc.

Schade, dass die Gipfeli furztrocken waren. Frühstück in bedienten Hotels natürlich frischer, aber für einen Self-Check-in-Betrieb tipptopp.

Einfaches Zimmer

Unmöglich und unseriös: Obwohl bei booking Bezahlung vor Ort abgegeben war, wurden wir ‚gezwungen‘ im Voraus zu zahlen. Bettwäsche war kaputt. Frühstück um Self-Service 😒 …man fühlte sich, als ob man bei einem Roboter wohnt. Null persönliche Begegnung. Teller etc. Muss man selbst holen und abräumen. Umweltfreundlich? Fehlanzeige. Jeder Scheibe Käse ist in Plastik verpackt!? Liegt direkt an der Straße. Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Ist nicht mein Stil.

Schöne Unterkunft mit modernem Konzept

Sehr gutes Selbst-Check-In Konzept. Man erhält alle notwendigen Informationen zeitgerecht. Das Frühstück im sehr schönen Restaurant war sehr fein. Mit frischem Brot und feinem Cappuccino war es ein idealer Start auf die bevorstehende Wanderung.

مكان راق ونظيف وآمن وتعامل محترف

من أجمل الأماكن التي سكنت فيها… نظافة عالية، وأثاث حديث ومتقن يعطيك شعور كأنك في فندق راقٍ وجديد. لكن الأهم من كل ذلك هو الشعور بالأمان والراحة، وكأن القائمين على السكن تعرفهم ويعرفونك. الدخول ذاتي وسهل، وفيه مصعد، لكن لو كانت كاثي موجودة (وغالبًا تكون في المطعم بالدور الأرضي)، تطلع مباشرة تستقبلك بابتسامة وتساعدك بنفسها. أي طلب يتم الرد عليه فورًا، والتعامل فيه كثير من الاحترام والحرص على راحتك. انا طلبت سرير إضافي فتفاجأت على الفور بالعائلة كاملة تلبي الطلب كل شخص معه قطعة. المطعم الموجود بالدور الأرضي تابع لهم، أسعاره مناسبة جدًا، وتمنيت لو جربته. لو زرت المنطقة مرة ثانية أسكن فيه بدون تردد، ولو أحد سألني عن سكن هناك، أوصي فيه بكل ثقة.

الغرفة صغيرة نوعًا ما وتناسب المبيت فقط، لكنها نظيفة ومجهزة بكل شيء وتؤدي الغرض بشكل ممتاز

Überraschung in Maloja, Zukunftskonzept

Sehr angenehm ist das unkomplizierte und individuelles Konzept, es ist niemand vor Ort aber die Eigentümer sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr fahr freundlich. Hatte vorab das Abendessen gebucht, einfach Himmlisch. Am Frühstück bedient man sich auch selber, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause,ungezwungen und frei. Es hat Kühlschränke mit frischen Getränken, Snacks liegen auf (gegen Gebühr). Man kann sich ein Drink schnappen, ne Tüte Chips und auf die Terrasse setzen ohne Zwang, einfach sein auch ohne Socken und Schuhe da dich keiner mustert. Grosses Kompliment für das Konzept . Rundum zufrieden. Danke Kathi & Dominik
