Posizione al margine del paese, ottima per le gite e vicina alla funivia. Poco parcheggio, ben servita da alimentari e servizi. Bel panorama. Appartamento ordinaro pulito e funzionale, ben arredato, mobili moderni e confortevoli.
Unica pecca la mancanza di stracci cucina e pavimenti, mancanza di appendini in bagno.
