La amplitud de la propiedad y las vistas fueron lo que me convocó a elegirla como sitio para conocer Porto San Paolo. Si bien, el terreno precisa de mantenimiento de algún tipo de jardinero (porque tiene muchísimo más potencial) la casa en sí estaba impecable y bien cuidada.
No era muy accesible a pie. Los calores de verano obligan a trasladarse la mayoría de las veces en coche, porque no hay sombras o árboles que puedan hacer el paseo más ameno. Así que eso fue quizás uno de los puntos más desfavorables. El establecimiento cuenta con un aire acondicionado ubicado en la sala y no hay ventiladores en las habitaciones. Durante nuestra estancia abrir las ventanas pudo calmar el calor por ratos sin embargo, hay mosquitos así que tuvimos que acondicionar la casa cerrando puertas y ventanas.

la casa è in ottima posizione e molto tranquilla poichè appartata ed anche molto spaziosa. Bello lo spazio fruibile esterno. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili
E' un pò datata, soprattutto i pavimenti ne risentono

Localisation et l’espace. Petite terrasse très agréable avec une vue qui donne sur le Tavolara.
Ancienne maison sans aucun investissement pour la mettre à jour, un jardin non entretenu, fils électriques visibles, les lampes ne fonctionnent pas. Un peu vétuste, dommage
