About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

DISTRIBUTION: on one level. One bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with two single sofa beds, 1 small kitchenette.
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: a large veranda, with two huge granite columns chiseled by hand, is furnished with table and chairs and sweeps over the enchanting seascape. The veranda continues to extend into an open and sunny terrace.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.

Die Apartments von Flavio liegen an einem Hang mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf den Tavolara-Felsen und das Meer. Die Bilder der Apartments versprechen nicht zu viel! Das Apartment Nr. 10 war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Flavio gestaltet höchstpersönlich einen Guide, der super Tipps und Hinweise enthält, und mit dem der Traumurlaub zur Tatsache wird. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die versteckten Strände, die Flavio in seinem Guide vorschlägt. Zudem hat sich Flavio immer Zeit für uns genommen, um uns einen möglichst schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

On arrival we were met by Flávio who explained everything about the property at great length. Also prior to our visit he provided us with a detailed guide relating to the area and restaurants which was very useful. He was more than willing to make reservations at the restaurants for us which was very convenient. The accommodation is lovely particularly the large terrace with its beautiful views of the sea. The layout of the complex is very nicely landscaped with typical Mediterranean plants and local granit stone. Our only issue was the extra charges for linen and water and electricity which we felt should have been included as the rental is not particularly cheap and We have never experienced this in any other holiday accommodation we have rented. We had a very enjoyable holiday and Flávio is an excellent host.

Wer nach Ruhe und Erholung sucht, aber trotzdem nicht in der Abgeschiedenheit seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig!
Die Appartement-Anlage, sowie die Appartements selbst wurden mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alles ist top gepflegt und sauber.
Jedes Appartement hat einen separaten Eingang und eine eigene Terrasse.
Der Besitzer, Flavio ist mit einfachen Worten eigentlich kaum zu beschreiben. Er nimmt sich für seine Gäste unglaublich viel Zeit, gibt wertvolle Tips (die man unbedingt beachten sollte!), ist jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt.
Auch von der Lage her ist das "L'Ea di Lavru" perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber doch zentrumsnach und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht dank Hanglage.
Zu Fuß kann man in ca. 5 Minuten Bäcker, Supermarkt und Apotheke erreichen. Ein großer Supermarkt incl. Einkaufszentrum, in dem wirklich alles zu bekommen ist, ist keine 10 km entfernt.
Traumhafte Strände und einsame Buchten sind schon innerhalb 5 Minuten mit dem Auto (zzgl. Fußweg) erreichbar.
Alles in allem waren wir äußerst zufrieden.
Wir haben uns hier pudelwohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

It was a lovely stay, in a safe and pretty location. The apartment was smaller than anticipated and didn't have breath taking views of the sea unless you went outside but was clean, modern and comfortable. I do feel that there should have been a toaster and sun beds included in the price, and an iron and ironing board would have been useful, We do expect these sort of items to be included as standard. That said, the owner was incredibly helpful in helping us arrange trips and make reservations for dinner and invests a great deal of time and effort with his guests and this really made the stay for us. We would recommend these apartments for a break in a coastal location.
