About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

Wir waren zu Zweit in Wohnung Nr. 2. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen grandiosen Ausblick von der Dachterasse. Diese Terasse ist erreichbar über eine Aussentreppe.
Die Bilder der Internetseite versprechen nicht zu viel. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und abgebildet.
Der Vermieter hat alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonderen Wert legt er auf ausgefallene Beleuchtung!
Sie soll in jeder Wohnung etwas anders sein.
Der Vermieter bemüht sich sehr jedem seiner Gäste gerecht zu werden. Er schickt einem vor Urlaubsbeginn ein tolles Heft zu. Hier hat er selber alles Wissenswertes über den Ort und die Umgebung zusammengetragen.
Viele seiner Tipps waren sehr hilfreich für uns.
Was wir nicht ganz so gut fanden, waren die umfangreichen Zusatzoptionen, die man gegen Aufpreis in Anspruch nehmen konnte.
Manche Dinge in diesem Preissegment finden wir gehören einfach dazu.
Wir möchten uns der Aussage eines anderen Gastes anschließen:
Wir vergeben 5 Sterne für die Wohnung und Anlage,
4 Sterne für die umfangreichen Zusatzoptionen und
6 Sterne für die sehr nette Betreung und die Broschüre!

Welch eine phantastische Aussicht von der Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach der schönen Ferienwohnung auf die Bucht von Porto San Paolo mit dem herrlich blauen Meer und den kleinen und großen Felseninseln. Beeindruckend auch die vielen liebevoll gepflegten mediteranen Pflanzen in der Ferienanlage. Mit viel Geschmack gestaltet sind auch die Räume sowie das moderne Bad mit höchsten Designer-Ambitionen. Man kann sich so richtig wohlfühlen in L'ea di Lavru nicht zuletzt auch wegen des stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeberpaares Flavio und Lorella.

Wir waren vom 12. Bis zum 26. September in L’Ea di Lavru, und zwar bereits zum dritten Mal. Eigentlich kann man es kurz und knapp machen: den 5-Sterne-Bewertungen ist so gut wie nichts hinzuzufügen. Die Anlage ist vom Gesamteindruck her einfach perfekt, die Apartments liebevoll individuell eingerichtet, die Aussicht fantastisch. Von Flavio so herzlich wie alte Freunde begrüßt zu werden, ist ein idealer Urlaubsbeginn. Seine Tipps und Hilfen haben wir wie immer genossen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber auch nochmals Marco, der stets freundlich und sofort zur Stelle war, um Anregungen in die Tat umzusetzen oder kleine Extrawünsche zu erfüllen. Insgesamt ein tolles Team. Flavio hätte gerne gewusst, welches der 3 Apartments, die wir bisher bewohnt haben, uns am besten gefallen hat (2, 5 oder 6)? Das kann man nicht beantworten. Jedes Apartment bietet etwas anderes und besonderes. Jetzt in Apartment 2 hatten wir z.B. 3 Terrassen, Apartment 5 hat aus dem Wohn-/Essbereich einen besonders schönen Blick (zuzüglich Dachterrasse), Apartment 6 eine schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht die sich direkt an den Essbereich anschließt. Die „richtige“ Wahl gibt es also nicht, das mag auch von der Jahreszeit abhängen. In Wirklichkeit ist es jedenfalls noch schöner als auf den (tollen) Fotos auf der Homepage. Ganz sicher ist jedenfalls, dass wir wieder kommen werden.
