"Nautilus" is a townhouse located within the exclusive Istana's Bay Club residential complex, just 7 km from the airport and 10 km from the port of Olbia. It is equipped with all the amenities to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation. The living area is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the covered veranda will make your evenings special. The entryway is traditional, and the living area spans two levels, with a few steps separating the dining area from the sitting area.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including an oven, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and induction cooktop. There are two refrigerators: one in the kitchen and one in the entryway, built into a wall cabinet.
The living room features corner sofas (not convertible into beds), a fireplace for autumn evenings, and air conditioning.
The covered veranda is furnished with a table and chairs and features a ceiling fan to keep you cool on the hottest days.

The residence features a wonderful swimming pool with lounge chairs, deck chairs, and umbrellas, available for free use during the indicated hours; it is open from June 15 through the end of September.
