At 6km from Olbia airport, near Costa Smeralda, Costa Corallina, our apartment is located on a beautiful beach of Sardinia, with crystal clear and changing waters. Ideal location for holidays, zen, sports, discovery nature in a word unforgettable.
In a beautiful private park, with trees and flowers, the corner apartment is composed of two large terraces one with panoramic sea view and the mysterious island of Tavolara and the other view of the park and the hill two Spacious rooms with direct access to the back terrace, two bathrooms, large living room, with sliding door and completely retractable, giving access to the terrace sea view, very well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned apartment. Private garage.

Siamo stati molto bene, nell'ultima settimana di giugno 2022. L'appartamento è molto ampio, comodo, arieggiato , con garage capiente, dotato veramente di tutte le comodità e corrisponde alla descrizione. Qualche riserva su configurazione, posizione e prezzo. L'appartamento è situato in un complesso multi appartamento di 2 piani + mansarde, è situato al primopiano, quindi al piano di sotto vi è un altro appartamento (il cui giardino è sottostante la terrazza dell'appartamento in questione) ed al piano di sopra vi è una stanza/mansarda che sembra appartenere all'appartamento.... a fianco(!). Noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di rumori, essendo in questa settimana non abitati sia quello di sotto che di sopra, ma è da capire quanto in alta stagione le voci e i rumori degli altri appartamenti possano dare problema. Il complesso è situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (non grande ma carina, in questo periodo non ancora affollata) , ma se si va presto ( prima delle 8) si trova posto per parcheggiare l'auto. Per muoversi e comprare qualsiasi cosa l'auto è necessaria, perchè i negozi di Murta Maria distano circa 3 km . Tenendo conto di ciò il prezzo ci è sembrato un pò alto.
