About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

...ermöglichte uns einen schönen Urlaub.Sehr angenehme und sehr saubere Wohnung in toller Umgebung. Der Vermieter Flávio hat eine Art Reiseführer für den Aufenthalt erstellt und man bereut keinen Tipp, seien es die Ausflüge oder auch die Restaurants.
Ein Highlight war das Essen im Agrotourismo, eine Art Bauernhof mit Bewirtung. Das Essen war super lecker und man kann es unmöglich alles essen was man unter alten Olivenbäumen angeboten bekommt.

Wunderschöne, ruhige und gut gelegene Anlage. Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 8. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll - es wird viel Wert auf Design und hochwertige Materialien gelegt. Das Apartment hat außerdem eine sehr schöne, große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Insel Tavolara. Flavio, der Eigentümer, hilft jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps und reserviert auf Wunsch auch Tische in Restaurants, die er empfiehlt. Seine Tipps waren immer sehr gut und seine Hilfsbereitschaft einfach großartig. Besser geht es nicht!

Wir waren erstmalig auf Sardinien und haben dort eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und super saubere Wohnung vorgefunden, genau wie auf den Photos. Den Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen.
Flavio gibt sich sehr sehr viel Mühe, es seinen Gästen so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen.
Sein vorbereiteter kleiner Sardinienführer mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps ist gold wert!
Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!

Un énorme merci à Flavio – le maître des lieux. On a passé un séjour de deux semaines (début juillet 2014) plus que magnifique et agréable !!!!! C’était formidable de rencontrer une personne qui dégage un enthousiasme indescriptible, une personne qui sait transmettre sa passion pour les lieux, une personne prête à tout partager avec vous, car il connaît très bien la région et ses conseils sont très précieux. Dans ce petit paradis on se sent très vite à l’aise comme à la maison. Flavio a préparé un guide avec toutes les conseilles plus que pratiques concernant les visites, sorties en mer, les plages, les restaurants….. c’est une vraie merveille. Il vous suffit de suivre son guide et vous ne pouvez pas être déçus mais bien au contraire vous allez découvrir la vraie Sardaigne dans toute sa spleudeure Pour ce qui nous concerne nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement n°8 avec un jardin et terrasse très agréable et très pratique avec deux enfants en bas âge. La décoration des appartements est faite avec de goût, tout est très fonctionnel et très soigné, il y a plein de petites cachettes qui reflettent la passion de Flavio. On a eu de la chance de pouvoir visiter des autres appartements et tous sont vraiment très beaux et surtout plein de charme.Merci Flavio L’endroit qu’il a choisi pour construire ce petit village est un vrai havre de tranquillité et de paix. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander car il a su construire un vrais paradis sur terre dans cette Sardaigne qui lui est très chère Encore une fois merci et nous nous réjouissons déjà d’y retourner l’année prochaine.
