INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Villa Luciva is arranged over two levels with a functional layout suitable for familiessmall groups.

The ground floor features a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with single beds one of the rooms has access to a balcony.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden of approximately 500 sqm on three sides, with lawn and areas dedicated to relaxation.

The private swimming pool is complemented by a sunbathing area with loungers. Additional features include a covered veranda with dining table and an outdoor shower located at the back of the house.

Free public parking is available along the access road, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Access to the property is through a pedestrian gate only.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT



A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically presented).

The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).

In case of damagerule violations, partall of the deposit may be retained.

Online check-in is required after booking (upload of documents and selfies for all guests).

Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.

A tourist rental contract must be signed a courtesy copy in English will be provided.



KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.

WASTE COLLECTION

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Bins are located in a designated outdoor area.
