Villa Salinedda is a seaside property in Sardinia with seaview and a private pool. The surrounding marine area of Capo Coda Cavallo is magic... It is an absolute must for a visitor to Sardinia. In this small piece of land there are more than five of the best beaches of Sardinia: Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Suaraccia, Salinedda, Salina Bamba and others.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one. However, there is an AC unit in the hallway leading to the bedrooms

Villa Salinedda is a villa with a refined style, furnished with light colors with pastel shades that create a perfect match with the intense color of the wood on the ceilings, creating a pleasant home atmosphere. At the entrance there is a welcoming open space consisting of a living area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, all characterized by a strong brightness thanks to the presence of the sliding glass door. Continuing further, there is an equally bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds each and and 2 bathrooms.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one. However, there is an AC unit in the hallway leading to the bedrooms

Credit card deposit (mandatory): 1000.00€
Table seat (on request): 50.00€ per child

Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€
Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€
In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
NOTE: in case of cancellation within the refund period, a handling fee of 25.00€ will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee.
Please note: the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners.

ho trascorso due settimane insieme alla mia famiglia a Villa Salinedda. Eravamo stati nel sud della Sardegna un paio di anni fa ma la zona di San Teodoro è meravigliosa. Villa Salinedda era perfetta oltre che bellissima e con una vista sull'isola di Tavolara veramente mozzafiato! cercavamo relax e lo abbiamo trovato, sia per il periodo che abbiamo scelto, poco gettonato dai turisti, che per il posto e le infinite passeggiate immersi nella natura. inoltre un ringraziamento alla Sardinia Unlimited per la grande professionalità ed estrema gentilezza.
